History & Background: Angelique was the 3rd. daughter born to Polaris, sickened when it came time to head to the Moon Kingdom to begin training when her 2 other sisters, Brigid & Breanna Uinsionn, took her place... but not after her parents made her swear to protect Princess Selenity at all costs, as all of the Senshi before them had to do so- and they did, with unswerving loyalty. Brigid was then given the Polaris Locket, which contained the Polaris Crystal, to train as a Sailor Senshi.
But when Angelique was healed they discovered that the 2 other daughters had chosen to be part of the SilverSailor Senshi, led by SilverSailor Universe- and also learned that Brigid studied Occult sorcery and the power of dreams. What her sisters had done broke their hearts... and together, they cast a spell that brought the locket back to them and left her without power... that is until the 2 Senshi discovered the Dream Pendant and the 2 wands. They then told Serenity that the 2 are no longer part of their family... and that Angelique was now the crown princess of the kingdom.
The parents then took it upon themselves to train their daughter as a Sailor Senshi until as such time as she could take her place at the Moon Palace... when the Dark Kingdom attacked, it was one of the first to fall- but not before Angelique's parents gave her the locket and cast her to the same future as the others.

When Princess Selenity, as EternalSailor Moon, defeated Chaos, another evil woke itself up and began plotting to take Earth for itself. It was then that Angelique, as she became known as, began having weird dreams... and her parents sent her to live with her grandmother in Japan.

Polaris IceStorm: Once the spell is cast, she projects a blizzard-styled attack from her hands that freezes her foes for 2 minutes and hurts them 50% of their health.
Polaris FreezeWave: Similar to Neptune's Deep Submerge, it hurts them 10% to 25% of their health- even more when it's combined with other attacks.
Polaris IceDome: A dome is cast surrounding all inside the radius for 2.5 minutes, protecting them while allowing attacks to be cast against their foes.
