Some fans of "Sailor Moon" love creating made up Scouts & Knights based on the show and the manga, and I just so happen to be one among the MANY inventors who enjoy coming up with their own Sailor Scouts/Teams. Whether you're a novice Fan Scout Designer or an experienced creator, this site is just for you.
There are a few terms out there that describe what I do- Fan Senshi, Otaku Senshi, Made up Scouts, etc. Personally, I prefer the term Fan Scouts. That's why I am the founder of the Fan Scout Designers Yahoo! Group. But you would be surprised at how this website got its start a little over a year ago...

When I first joined SailorMoon America and their SailorSupport System, I didn't even know a shred of how to publish a website- so the founder, a wonderful man by the name of Dale Speer, took pity on me & my lack of HTML know-how by putting me at the top of the list for a full website design. And after 2 months of work, countless hours and all the changes I put this poor guy through, this lovely site is now online... and I never even asked him to do it! That's just the kind of guy he is!
Even had he not been so kind and generous, I would still strongly encourage all Sailor Moon fans to check out his incredible resource laden sites - especially those who have Sailor Moon Groups and Websites. And if he asks if you want a website to celebrate your fandom of the Sailor Scouts, you've better not say 'No'. He will give you something to remember.

A few months later, Dale took his commitment of my website into a new realm. He recognized me for my talents and efforts in creating and accepting quality Fan Scouts by asking me to become the Associate Member in charge of all Fan Scouts and Otaku Senshi for his WebOrganization- and in return for my duties, hosted the site until I got this domain. Now that was an offer I couldn't pass up- and now that I can publish my own websites, I'll make him proud of my efforts.
Eventually, new pages will be introduced... with awards you can win for your Fan Scouts, as well as submission guidelines for your own submissions.
